Responsibilities
- Ownership of key electrical sub-systems and functions within new DC high power charging products.
- Delivery of electrical hardware and charging functions by coordinating cross-functional decision making.
- Ownership of requirements development and coordination of sign-off across multiple teams.
- Contribute to architecture development and electrical system-level design for charging products.
- Collaborate with validation teams on system/sub-system plans for requirement traceability.
- Analyze test data to identify performance trends and areas for optimization.
- Create and maintain essential technical documentation, including schematics and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of system engineering related experience.
- Proficiency in requirements management and agile project management tools.
- Proficiency in applying DFMEA’s and functional safety analysis.
- Experience developing EV charging products or understanding of the EV charging space.
- Experience working with high-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis platforms and communication protocols.
