Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accessory product development from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and internal teams to address business needs.
- Work with remote and multi-site teams to develop and deploy software & hardware components.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on project status, risks, and changes.
- Dive deep into technical details of the program.
- Resolve customer-reported technical issues.
- Proactively address day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Preferred experience in defining KPIs/SLA's for multi-million dollar businesses.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to build sustainable processes and manage cross-functional projects.
