Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accessory product development from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and other internal teams to address business needs.
- Work with remote and multi-site teams to develop and deploy related software & hardware components.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control.
- Dive deep into the technical details of the program.
- Resolve customer-reported technical issues proactively.
- Solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgment.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- 5+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
