Reliability Engineer (Summer 2026 Internship)

The Reliability Engineering Intern will participate in the production organization, working on safety-critical automated aviation systems, contributing to the full product development cycle from design to production.

• Own at least one project from early conceptual design to new product integration (NPI).
• Work directly with flight hardware in the factory and on the plane.
• Run investigations and containments on safety-critical products.
• Contribute to the development of certifiable autonomous aircraft.
• Experience the full product development cycle.
• Collaborate with a motivated team to deliver quality products and services.
• Engage in high priority and value-added efforts for automated flight systems.

• Junior or Senior standing in a relevant engineering degree program.
• Practical experience with engineering design, manufacturing, test, and/or software engineering.
• Familiarity with design software (CAD) and scripting tools (Python, C, SQL).
• Passion for electromechanical hardware and software.
• Experience in evaluating and executing test campaigns.
• Hands-on application of electromechanical systems through classes or hobbies.
• Strong measurement, technical writing, and data analysis skills.
