Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for major vehicle structures.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including supplier selection and capacity planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Planning.
- Drive supplier performance through risk management and contract negotiations.
- Mentor and support team members in aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Act as a thought leader for structural commodities, improving sourcing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining and welding.
- Familiarity with aerospace raw materials and associated processing methods.
