Responsibilities
- Lead electrical project design and construction activities for launch and processing facilities.
- Work on electrical systems across voltages ranging from 22.5 kV to 120 V.
- Support power generation and control, power distribution and protection, fault recovery, and sequencing operations for rocket launches.
- Develop construction drawings, requests for proposals, bid packages, and manage subcontractors.
- Design electrical systems and provide design requirements for other disciplines.
- Collaborate with management on the development of future Relativity Space Facilities.
- Ensure compliance with standards for work in hazardous environments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in electrical systems within the aerospace or construction industry.
- Experience with analysis/design, field implementation, project management, and project execution.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering principles in industrial or infrastructure environments.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience designing electrical systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
- Background check clearance for on-site work at government partner locations.
