Responsibilities
- Lead the development of onboard power systems for the recovery vessel.
- Provide engineering support for electrical systems, including low-voltage control and telemetry systems.
- Support offshore recovery campaigns to ensure system safety and effectiveness.
- Apply lessons learned to future designs and improvements.
- Contribute to establishing strong engineering and operational practices.
- Collaborate with various teams across the company.
- Communicate effectively with contractors and suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical power systems development.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems using engineering fundamentals.
- Effective communication skills across technical and operational teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Experience with low-voltage control systems (nice to have).
- Familiarity with marine regulatory and certification standards (nice to have).
