Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, integrate, and operate launch control and acquisition hardware and instrumentation.
- Work with Beckhoff PLCs or similar systems.
- Support high-speed data acquisition.
- Integrate and operate high-speed cameras.
- Design electrical systems for hazardous areas.
- Collaborate across groups to gather requirements and coordinate work.
- Manage projects from inception to completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise with data acquisition hardware and PLC-based control systems.
- Experience with VFDs, soft starts, and heater controllers.
- Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary groups.
- Experience managing projects in high-paced environments.
- Clearance for on-site work at government partner location required.
