Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, integrate, and operate launch control and acquisition hardware and instrumentation.
  • Work with Beckhoff PLCs or similar systems.
  • Support high-speed data acquisition.
  • Integrate and operate high-speed cameras.
  • Design electrical systems for hazardous areas.
  • Collaborate across groups to gather requirements and coordinate work.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise with data acquisition hardware and PLC-based control systems.
  • Experience with VFDs, soft starts, and heater controllers.
  • Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary groups.
  • Experience managing projects in high-paced environments.
  • Clearance for on-site work at government partner location required.
