Senior Global Supply Manager, Vehicle Structures

The role is for a Senior Global Supply Manager focused on vehicle structures, responsible for sourcing and managing suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets for aerospace components. It involves collaboration across multiple teams to design and scale supply chains in the development of complex components.

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for major vehicle structures.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies including supplier selection and capacity planning.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to influence design for manufacturability.
• Drive supplier performance through risk management and contract negotiations.
• Mentor and support team members in aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Act as a thought leader for structural commodities, improving sourcing processes.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure program readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and milestone management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining and assembly.
• Familiarity with aerospace raw materials and processing methods.
