Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Quality team.
- Develop and expand inspection strategies, equipment, and reporting systems.
- Ensure adherence to customer contract requirements and external standards.
- Champion RCCA, nonconformance management, and preventive quality measures.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, and Program teams.
- Lead internal and external audits for ISO/AS certifications.
- Manage and develop technical teams across multiple quality functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System.
- Experience leading certification or surveillance audits.
- Ability to build and scale inspection processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with NAVSEA, ASME, AWS, and MIL standards (nice to have).
