Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Quality team.
- Develop and expand inspection strategies and reporting systems.
- Ensure adherence to customer contract requirements and external standards.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to embed quality checkpoints.
- Lead internal and external audits for compliance and readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 requirements.
- Proven experience in building inspection processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing quality control is a plus.
