Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define requirements for industrial automation systems.
- Design and develop mechanical systems from conception to production.
- Create models, drawings, and specifications.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to derive requirements and set goals.
- Ensure designs meet tolerances, functionality, and safety requirements.
- Utilize rapid prototyping to iterate and refine designs quickly.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure project alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in designing industrial automation equipment or mechanical structures.
- Proficiency in CAD, including GD&T application and tolerance analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with robotics and electrical system design is a plus.
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping methods and structural FEA analysis tools.
