Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in propulsion development.
- Drive engine system trades and manage engine interfaces.
- Support engine system development, analysis, and simulation.
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate projects with minimal oversight.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, technology, or mathematics).
- 8+ years of engineering experience in complex system development/test environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with liquid-propellant rocket engines.
- Experience in leading teams.
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
