Responsibilities
- Drive engine system architecture and CONOPS trades.
- Manage engine interfaces and negotiate requirements for vehicle optimization.
- Support engine system development, analysis, simulation, and testing.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and project management.
- Communicate with leadership and establish project priorities.
- Contribute technically to engine development while supporting team growth.
- Engage in continuous improvement and collaborative project completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, technology, mathematics).
- 8+ years of engineering experience in complex system development or testing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with liquid-propellant rocket engines.
- Experience in leading teams and applying engineering fundamentals in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
- Strong self-starter with a focus on team and personal growth.
- Ability to deliver on ambitious schedules with creative solutions.
- Experience in mentoring and managing interdisciplinary projects (preferred).
