Responsibilities
- Drive engine system trades and manage engine interfaces.
- Support engine system development and analysis.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and project management.
- Communicate with leadership and establish team priorities.
- Contribute technically to engine system development.

- Manage projects to completion with minimal oversight.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (science, engineering, technology, or mathematics).
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 2 years with liquid-propellant rocket engines.
- Experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
- Ability to deliver on ambitious schedules and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to shifted schedules for critical milestones.
