Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of tooling engineers.
- Define and execute the long-term tooling strategy.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, and commissioning of tooling systems.
- Manage the tooling project portfolio for production readiness.
- Partner with design and manufacturing teams for new product introductions.
- Standardize best practices for tooling documentation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance and reliability across all tooling assets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in tooling design or manufacturing engineering.
- 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise with CAD and PLM systems.
- Experience leading large-scale tooling initiatives for complex hardware.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs balancing cost, schedule, and performance.
