Responsibilities
- Develop and implement build and test solutions to enhance production rates and build quality.
- Collaborate with design teams to drive improvements in valve functionality and manufacturability.
- Lead the development of novel processing technologies for high-volume manufacturing.
- Oversee tactical and strategic planning for manufacturing methods and processes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and team members across the organization.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between design engineering, manufacturing, and production teams.
- Set team goals and drive progress towards completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in leading engineering teams through development and production transitions.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with design and production teams.
- Experience in setting team goals and driving progress.
- Nice to have: Experience in new-space manufacturing environments and aerospace product manufacturing.
