Responsibilities
- Develop and implement build and test solutions to increase production rate and quality.
- Collaborate with design teams to improve valve functionality and manufacturability.
- Lead efforts to establish novel processing technologies for high-volume manufacturing.
- Oversee tactical and strategic planning for manufacturing methods and processes.
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Interface with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Set team goals and drive progress towards completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in leading engineering teams through development and production transitions.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with design and manufacturing teams.
- Experience in setting team/individual goals and driving progress.
- Nice to have: experience in new-space manufacturing or aerospace product manufacturing.
