Responsibilities
- Design LV and MV paralleling switchgear and control panels.
- Analyze customer specifications and draft initial mechanical layouts.
- Create designs using 3D CAD modeling for indoor/outdoor enclosures and bus systems.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Engage in product development and standardization initiatives.
- Support production staff with design interpretation during assembly.
- Formulate standard test plans and maintain work instructions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor 3D, Solidworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and passport for travel.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Preferred experience in designing switchgear and knowledge of electrical codes.
