Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the electrical system design of high-volume energy conversion products.
- Design power conversion products and supervisory control modules, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineers for seamless product integration.
- Act as a hands-on engineering manager, accountable for project goals and timelines.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance electrical engineering team.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and ensure designs comply with standards.

Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on power conversion or energy storage.
- Experience in high-voltage design (400-2000VDC, and 480VAC).
- Proven track record in design, prototyping, and launch in medium-to-high volume production.
- Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium or similar CAD software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and presentations.
