Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, focusing on power conversion or energy storage.
- Experience with high-voltage design (400-2000VDC, 480VAC).
- Proven track record in design, prototyping, and launch for mass production.
- Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium or related software.
- Experience in developing tools and practices for a growing team.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with excellent communication abilities.
