Responsibilities
- Research, plan, design, and develop mechanical test systems for production testing environments.
- Integrate and validate test systems against accuracy and reliability requirements.
- Evaluate production installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate malfunctions.
- Create mechanical drawing packages.
- Utilize CAD solid modeling tools with an emphasis on ProE / CREO Parametric.
- Conduct geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) analysis.
- Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Minimum two (2) years of technical/engineering experience in mechanical design and/or production support.
- Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools, particularly ProE / CREO Parametric.
- Experience in creating mechanical drawing packages and GD&T analysis.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Design experience with mechanical and electronic packaging preferred.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management processes and tools.
