Responsibilities
- Own and lead large-scale data center hardware programs, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality commitments are met.
- Develop program scope, milestones, resource plans, and success criteria in collaboration with various teams.
- Drive day-to-day program execution, including cross-functional coordination and issue resolution.
- Manage program schedules and planning frameworks, utilizing project management tools.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships for hardware procurement.
- Lead executive-level reporting, providing clear program status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and oversee program budgets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
- Extensive experience in delivering complex hardware programs.
- Hands-on experience with data center hardware and lab infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of data center operations and hardware components.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
