Responsibilities
- Test and validate new hardware and software products to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Develop, review, and manage technical documents for product launches.
- Verify installation and operation procedures through hands-on product testing.
- Manage document control processes and versioning.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to create user-friendly documentation.
- Provide pre-sales product support and conduct training sessions for internal teams and partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and testing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in product testing or technical documentation.
- Proven ability to create clear and accurate technical content.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with document management tools and PV system design tools.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers or writers.
