Responsibilities
- Test and validate new hardware and software products to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
- Develop, review, and manage technical documents for product launches.
- Verify installation and operation procedures through hands-on product testing.
- Manage document control processes and versioning.
- Ensure alignment between factory documentation and market requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical data into customer-friendly documentation.
- Provide pre-sales product support and conduct product training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in product testing or technical documentation.
- Proven ability to author clear and user-friendly technical content.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven with strong time management skills.
- Hands-on experience testing electrical and software systems preferred.
