Responsibilities
- Test and validate new hardware and software products to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
- Develop, review, and manage technical documents for product launches.
- Verify installation and operation procedures through hands-on product testing.
- Manage document control processes, versioning, and release.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams for clear documentation.
- Provide pre-sales product support and conduct training sessions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and testing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in product testing or technical documentation within the Energy sector.
- Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly technical content.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience testing electrical and software systems.
- Familiarity with document management tools and PV system design tools.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers or writers in best practices.
