Responsibilities
- Test and validate new hardware and software products to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
- Develop, review, and manage internal and external technical documents for product launches.
- Verify installation, commissioning, and operation procedures through hands-on product testing.
- Manage document control processes, versioning, and release to market.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams for customer-friendly documentation.
- Provide pre-sales product support and documentation to assist customers.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in product testing, technical documentation, or technical support in the PV Solar/Energy Storage industries.
- Proven ability to author clear and user-friendly technical content.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven with strong time management and project ownership skills.
- Familiarity with document management tools and PV system design tools is preferred.
