Sr. Test and Documentation Engineer

The Sr. Test and Documentation Engineer will support new product releases by ensuring the technical accuracy of documentation and managing the technical document library, focusing on both testing and documentation management.

• Test and validate new hardware and software products to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
• Develop, review, and manage internal and external technical documents for product launches.
• Verify installation and operation procedures through hands-on product testing.
• Manage document control processes and versioning.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate technical data into customer-friendly documentation.
• Support Customer Support teams with technical documentation and troubleshooting content.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in product testing, technical documentation, or technical support within the PV Solar and/or Energy Storage industries.
• Proven ability to review and author clear and user-friendly technical content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Self-driven with strong time management and project ownership skills.
• Familiarity with document management tools and PV system design tools.
