Responsibilities
- Define, document, and execute comprehensive product test strategy programs.
- Lead and develop a team of hardware, systems, and software engineers focused on testing and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet system-level test requirements.
- Propose and lead test laboratory capability expansion.
- Propose and lead automation initiatives for testing.
- Stay abreast of industry test standards and methods.
- Foster a team culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics or related field) required, MS preferred.
- 5-10 years of technical expertise in solar modules, solar inverters, and energy storage systems.
- Extensive experience in complex system product level testing.
- Experience writing test plans based on user acceptance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in programming in Python or other languages.
