Responsibilities
- Mentor a team on GNC design, modeling, and analysis for various spacecraft missions.
- Design flight software, algorithms, and simulation products.
- Develop spacecraft autonomy tools for constellation management.
- Select GNC components and design GNC subsystems.
- Develop and execute test processes.
- Define fault detection and response mechanisms.
- Integrate flight and simulation software with analysis, test, and operations tools.
Job Requirements
- BS degree and experience in GNC/ADCS.
- Experience interfacing with aerospace customers in commercial or government sectors.
- U.S. citizenship required due to program requirements.
- For Engineer II: BS and 2+ years of industry experience in GNC/ADCS.
- Preferred qualifications include MS or PhD and hands-on experience with GNC hardware.
- Experience developing flight software and spacecraft on-orbit operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage project timelines.
