Responsibilities
- Lead design of 48V/24V power systems including power distribution and fault protection.
- Mentor and lead the China-based electrical engineering team.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of electrical failures in deployed robots.
- Review and improve PCB designs for power routing and signal integrity.
- Design and debug industrial communication systems.
- Develop diagnostic tools and test procedures to enhance fleet uptime.
- Establish design standards for electrical systems and coordinate with international teams.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing complex embedded electrical systems.
- Deep expertise in power distribution, DC/DC systems, and electrical reliability.
- Proven ability to diagnose field failures using specialized tools.
- PCB design or review experience with multi-layer boards.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like Ethernet and CAN bus.
- Experience leading engineering teams across international sites.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical analysis for field teams.
