Responsibilities
- Assist in various short/long term projects to improve maintenance reliability programs.
- Gain experience in equipment design.
- Conduct root cause analysis.
- Perform trend analysis.
- Engage in process improvement activities within an industrial setting.
- Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians and production crew.
- Interact with vendors as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum second-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in reading prints and schematic drawings.
- Working proficiency with SolidWorks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week and adjust hours around school schedule.
