Responsibilities
- Analyzes improvements in new products or applications.
- Develops requirements and specifications with the engineering team.
- Learns Measurement and Test Methods and applies hands-on activities.
- Supports development of Work Instructions and skills.
- Participates in activities led by the Engineering and Quality teams.
- Works within guidelines to meet project goals and objectives.
- Attends training sessions and educational opportunities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science Engineering.
- Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
- Critical problem analysis, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
