Responsibilities
- Analyzes improvements in new products or applications and develops requirements and specifications.
- Learns Measurement and Test Methods and applies hands-on activities to support the development of Work Instructions.
- Participates in activities led by the Engineering and Quality teams.
- Works within guidelines to meet project goals and objectives in a timely manner.
- Attends training sessions and educational opportunities as needed.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science Engineering.
- Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
- Critical problem analysis and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
