Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to process and product design and improvement.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for specified projects.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
- Take ownership of identified projects.
- Participate on project teams for assigned projects, analyzing improvements and developing requirements.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments on new product development and enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial systems, or materials science engineering.
- Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
- Strong problem analysis, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and eligibility as a US citizen or permanent resident.
