Engineering Co-Op (Intern)

The Engineering Co-Op will apply classroom skills in practical situations, focusing on product improvement and collaboration with engineering teams.

• Analyze improvements in new products or applications.
• Develop requirements and specifications with the engineering team.
• Learn Measurement and Test Methods.
• Participate in activities led by Engineering and Quality teams.
• Work within guidelines to meet project goals and objectives.
• Attend training sessions and educational opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Science Engineering.
• Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
• Strong critical problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
