Responsibilities
- Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations in process and product design.
- Accomplish performance goals and receive progressive responsibility in engineering.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for specified projects.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
- Take ownership of identified projects and participate in project teams for assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments on new product development and enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university.
- Must be at least sophomore level working towards a bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
- Zero to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Junior level in a relevant field of study, with manufacturing and/or aerospace experience.
- Required skills include knowledge of engineering disciplines and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Good writing and interpersonal skills are essential.
