Responsibilities
- Apply principles learned in school to hands-on engineering situations.
- Accomplish performance goals assigned during the co-op.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for specific projects.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
- Take ownership of identified projects and participate in project teams.
- Collaborate with peers and other departments on new product development and enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university.
- Must be at least a sophomore working towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
- Zero to 2 years of related experience or equivalent education.
- Preferred: Junior level working towards a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Required skills include knowledge of engineering disciplines, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, and good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Prior engineering internship(s) and experience in manufacturing or aerospace are preferred.
