Responsibilities
- Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations, such as process and product design.
- Accomplish performance goals.
- Receive progressive responsibility in process and/or product engineering.
- Identify and recommend process improvements for specified projects.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
- Participate on project teams for assigned projects and analyze improvements.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited residential college or university.
- Must be at least sophomore level working towards a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.
- Zero to 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Junior level working towards a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Required skills include knowledge of engineering discipline, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, and good writing and interpersonal skills.
- Full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields of Engineering.
