Responsibilities
- Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations, such as process and product design
- Accomplish performance goals
- Take on progressive responsibility in process and/or product engineering
- Identify and recommend process improvements for projects
- Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions
- Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for processes
- Participate in project teams for new product development and enhancements
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
- Must be at least a sophomore level pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
- Zero to 2 years of related experience or equivalent education
- Preferred: Junior level in relevant field of study
- Required skills in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Good writing and interpersonal skills
- Manufacturing and/or Aerospace experience preferred
