Responsibilities
- Manage an Approved Supplier List (ASL) through on-site audits and supplier qualification.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and industry standards.
- Perform supplier assessments and production readiness assessments.
- Mentor suppliers in Continuous Improvement Management principles.
- Conduct value stream and capacity analyses, proposing process improvements.
- Support New Product Introduction by ensuring supplier capacity and capability.
- Investigate supplier non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field.
- 3+ years of related Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Engineering experience.
- QMS Internal Auditor Certification preferred.
- Lead Auditor Certification (ex. AS9100, ISO9001) preferred.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Experience preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
