Responsibilities
- Design and schematic entry of power subsystems for satellites.
- Oversee PCB layout process and release drawings for manufacturing.
- Conduct PCBA bring-up, debugging, and functional verification.
- Qualify designs for EMI/EMC compliance and thermal performance.
- Work with the manufacturing test engineering team to define automated test procedures.
- Respond to anomalies and troubleshoot systems for on-orbit spacecraft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address mechanical and thermal constraints.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in PCB design, with 5 years in power electronics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Advanced experience with high voltage power converters.
- Proficiency in PCB layout techniques and EE tools.
- Experience in embedded systems design.
- Familiarity with Altium Designer and scripting languages like Python.
- Knowledge of designing for high-reliability aerospace applications.
