Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for the Analyzer portfolio and next-gen products.
- Own delivery of key analyzer programs across development, sustaining, and quality.
- Drive cross-team execution for customer escalations and corrective action processes.
- Provide strong technical leadership across analyzer architecture and design.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization.
- Manage internal and external resources to maximize impact within budget constraints.
- Drive engineering best practices across analyzer development for quality and reliability.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven success in delivering complex products in hybrid hardware + software environments.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical tradeoffs to executives.
- Experience with reliability engineering and formal corrective action systems preferred.
- Knowledge of regulated or safety-critical product environments is a plus.
- Ability to build and execute platform roadmaps effectively.
- Strong judgment and change control skills to drive necessary changes.
