Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering for the Analyzer portfolio, ensuring delivery of key programs.
- Establish and maintain integrated project plans covering hardware, firmware, and software.
- Provide technical leadership and drive decision-making for analyzer architecture and design.
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional responses.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, fostering a culture of professionalism.
- Manage resources and budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Drive engineering best practices to ensure quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven success in delivering complex products in a hybrid hardware + software environment.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical tradeoffs to executives.
- Experience with reliability engineering and formal corrective action systems preferred.
- Background in regulated or safety-critical product environments is a plus.
- Ability to build and execute platform roadmaps effectively.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in engineering contexts.
