Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for the Analyzer portfolio and next-gen products.
- Own delivery of key analyzer programs across development, sustaining, and quality.
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate cross-functional responses.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization.
- Establish integrated project plans for hardware, firmware, and software.
- Drive engineering best practices for quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Manage internal and external resources, ensuring alignment with budget and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering leadership, managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience delivering complex products in hybrid hardware and software environments.
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build and execute platform roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills for technical tradeoffs.
- Experience with reliability engineering and corrective action systems preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated product environments and CRDS or optical instrumentation is a plus.
