Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for the Analyzer portfolio and next-gen products.
- Own delivery of key analyzer programs across development and quality.
- Drive cross-team execution for customer escalations and corrective actions.
- Provide strong technical leadership across analyzer architecture and design.
- Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization.
- Manage internal and external resources and budgets effectively.
- Drive engineering best practices for quality, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering leadership roles, managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience delivering complex products in a hybrid hardware + software environment.
- Proven ability to build and execute platform roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical tradeoffs to executives.
- Experience with reliability engineering and formal corrective action systems is preferred.
- Background in regulated or safety-critical product environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRDS or optical instrumentation is beneficial.
