Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design for new facilities, including layouts and equipment integration.
- Manage EPC contractors and engineering consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and oversee engineering standards and best practices for production systems.
- Collaborate with COO and CMO on facility deployment and engineering readiness.
- Build and lead an internal engineering team for facility expansion and operations.
- Drive risk assessments and engineering validation for critical systems.
- Oversee procurement strategies and coordinate installation plans.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in leading engineering design for large-scale manufacturing facilities.
- Experience managing EPC firms and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of process engineering and large equipment integration.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Background in scaling technologies from pilot to commercial production preferred.
- Ability to inspire and build a high-performing technical team.
