Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, engineering design, and execution of critical metal processing plants.
- Oversee relationships with EPC and EPCM partners for technical and budgetary alignment.
- Define plant layout, equipment specifications, and infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and permitting requirements.
- Develop and manage capital project budgets and timelines.
- Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for project viability.
- Drive innovation in plant design and manufacturing methods.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale industrial facility builds, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing greenfield or brownfield capital projects in relevant sectors.
- Deep experience with EPC or EPCM firms on complex industrial builds.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience managing budgets over $50M and multi-year buildouts.
- Strong knowledge of permitting, environmental compliance, and industrial safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
