Responsibilities
- Build and maintain test plans for new product development and sustaining engineering activities
- Perform product validation and verification with testing equipment and custom machinery
- Design, build, and automate custom test rigs/fixtures for exercise equipment
- Write test reports and correspond with the NY team on status updates
- Provide technical support to technicians for testing activities
- Use six sigma tools for root cause/failure analysis
- Maintain lab equipment and inventory
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Education in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- National Instruments LabVIEW certification preferred
- Six sigma certification preferred
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling (Solidworks)
- Automation skills (LabVIEW)
