Responsibilities
- Build and maintain test plans for new product development.
- Perform product validation and verification using various testing equipment.
- Design, build, and automate custom test rigs/fixtures for exercise equipment.
- Write test reports and provide updates to the team.
- Provide technical support to technicians for testing activities.
- Use six sigma tools for root cause/failure analysis.
- Supervise and implement test processes and maintain lab equipment.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Education in Mechanical Engineering; M.S. preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- National Instruments LabVIEW certification preferred.
- Six sigma certification preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling (Solidworks) and statistical analysis (Python, R, Minitab).
- Automation skills and PLC programming experience are a plus.
