Responsibilities
- Build and maintain test plans for new product development.
- Perform product validation and verification using testing equipment.
- Design and automate custom test rigs/fixtures for exercise equipment.
- Write test reports and communicate updates with the team.
- Provide technical support to technicians for testing activities.
- Use six sigma tools for root cause and failure analysis.
- Supervise and implement test processes and data flow.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Education in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- National Instruments LabVIEW certification preferred.
- Six sigma certification preferred.
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling (Solidworks).
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (Python, R, Minitab).
