Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes for moderately complex products.
- Support work transfer projects for commercial products.
- Perform process verifications to ensure quality standards.
- Design and modify manufacturing methods and equipment.
- Assist in establishing efficient manufacturing workflows.
- Apply continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain product/process databases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Preferred experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
- Proven ability to lead projects and implement Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in ERP systems and CAD/CAM.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing and aerospace industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork competencies.
