The Manufacturing Engineer I role at Parker Aerospace focuses on ensuring the cost-effectiveness and reliability of manufacturing processes for moderately complex products. The engineer will analyze product design, collaborate with suppliers, and support process integration to meet quality standards.

• Evaluate and develop manufacturing processes by analyzing product design and materials.
• Support work transfer projects for pneumatics commercial products.
• Perform process verifications to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
• Design and modify manufacturing methods and equipment based on product requirements.
• Apply continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to refine products and processes.
• Analyze workflow and equipment layout to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain product and process databases.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Two or more years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and CAD/CAM.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data analysis.
• Effective communication skills for presenting information.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards and regulatory requirements.
