Responsibilities
- Perform engineering assignments for the design and documentation of mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
- Support the testing, qualification, and production handoff of mechanical systems.
- Assist with drawing releases and engineering change notices.
- Help resolve issues affecting legacy products and processes.
- Prepare and present materials for design reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the department and other departments.
- Provide direction to junior engineers and designers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E).
- 2-5+ years of experience in design and analysis of mechanical systems.
- Solid modeling experience with PDM.
- Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations.
- Hands-on hardware experience is a plus.
- Must be a US Citizen.
