Responsibilities
- Perform engineering assignments for the design and documentation of mechanical and electro-mechanical components and systems.
- Support the testing, qualification, and production handoff of components and systems.
- Assist with drawing releases and engineering change proposals.
- Help resolve issues affecting legacy products and processes.
- Prepare and present materials for design reviews.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- May provide direction to junior engineers and designers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.S.M.E).
- 2-5+ years of experience in design, modeling, analysis, and documentation of mechanical components.
- Solid modeling experience using PDM software.
- Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Hands-on test and hardware experience preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen.
