Responsibilities
- Lead and guide Lean initiatives within the Plant.
- Work with management on Lean projects using lean tools and metrics.
- Assist in the development of a Lean Strategy to be implemented plant-wide.
- Coordinate initiatives and train associates on waste elimination.
- Conduct time and motion studies and assist in value stream tracking.
- Provide change management and leadership for lean implementation.
- Ensure ongoing education of all employees in Lean principles.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Ability to articulate lean principles and focus on waste elimination.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills for team leadership.
- Experience with presentation skills to share success and ideas.
- Must meet U.S. export compliance and citizenship eligibility requirements.
