Responsibilities
- Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities, including cross-functional experience.
- Acquire on-the-job training in specialized scientific or engineering principles and techniques.
- Complete a variety of technical assignments to familiarize with company methods and practices.
- Gain experience with six sigma statistical process control fundamentals.
- Assist team members with project assignments and participate in design reviews.
- Attend internal trainings and apply learned methods and techniques.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant four-year degree program (e.g., Polymer Science, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics).
- Completed sophomore year with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Understanding of safe laboratory practices and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work on various scientific, engineering, and manufacturing assignments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
