Responsibilities
- Carry out engineering assignments focused on mechanical equipment and processes.
- Monitor production, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Assist with CAD work, design and analysis, and hardware integration and testing.
- Revise and create process plans and standard work documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on ongoing programs.
- Utilize strong analytical and communication skills in team settings.
- Engage in hands-on training and learning opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Must be a current student enrolled in a BS degree program in mechanical, electrical, or ceramic engineering or material science.
- Completion of at least two years of coursework, with three years preferred.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better preferred.
- Experience with SolidWorks CAD and knowledge of manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
- Effective communication skills for group presentations.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
