Responsibilities
- Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities.
- Acquire on-the-job training in specialized scientific or engineering principles.

Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program in a related field (e.g., Polymer Science, Chemistry).
- Completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Understanding of safe laboratory practices.
- Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Ability to work on various scientific and engineering assignments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
