Responsibilities
- Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities, contributing to Parker’s R&D roadmap.
- Acquire on-the-job training in specialized scientific or engineering principles related to Parker products.
- Complete various technical assignments to familiarize with the engineering staff and company practices.
- Gain experience in designing and building process automation, including programming robots and CAD drawing.
- Assist team members with project assignments and participate in project management techniques.
- Attend internal trainings and apply learned methods for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Understanding of safe laboratory practices for product development.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Ability to work effectively on various scientific and engineering assignments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
