Responsibilities

  • Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities, contributing to Parker’s R&D roadmap.
  • Acquire on-the-job training in specialized scientific or engineering principles and techniques.
  • Conduct various technical assignments to familiarize with the engineering staff and methods.
  • Gain experience in process automation, including programming robots and CAD drawing.
  • Assist team members with project assignments and participate in project management techniques.
  • Attend internal trainings and apply methods for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Understanding of safe laboratory practices for product development.
  • Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Ability to work on various scientific and engineering assignments effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a participative team member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
