Responsibilities
- Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities, contributing to Parker’s R&D roadmap.
- Acquire on-the-job training in specialized scientific or engineering principles and techniques.
- Conduct various technical assignments to familiarize with the engineering staff and methods.
- Gain experience in process automation, including programming robots and CAD drawing.
- Assist team members with project assignments and participate in project management techniques.
- Attend internal trainings and apply methods for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Understanding of safe laboratory practices for product development.
- Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis.
- Ability to work on various scientific and engineering assignments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as a participative team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
