Responsibilities
- Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities in engineering.
- Acquire on-the-job training in scientific or engineering principles related to Parker products.
- Complete technical assignments to familiarize with the company's engineering methods and practices.
- Gain experience in designing and building process automation, including programming robots and CAD.
- Assist team members with specific analysis and project assignments.
- Attend trainings and apply continuous improvement methods in work assignments.

Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled or completed degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- Completed sophomore year with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Understanding of safe laboratory practices and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work on various scientific and engineering assignments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
