Responsibilities
- Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities, contributing to Parker’s R&D roadmap.
- Acquire on-the-job training in specialized scientific or engineering principles for Parker products.
- Engage in a variety of technical assignments to familiarize with the company's methods and practices.
- Gain experience in process automation design, including programming robots and CAD drawing.
- Assist team members with project assignments and participate in project management techniques.
- Attend internal training and apply learned methods for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results and participating in cross-functional projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- Understanding of safe laboratory practices for product development.
- Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Ability to work on various scientific and engineering assignments effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
