The Automation Engineering Co-Op role involves applying engineering knowledge to technical assignments, gaining hands-on experience, and working on projects related to process design, automation, and optimization under the guidance of a mentor.

• Perform assignments to develop professional knowledge and abilities.
• Acquire on-the-job training in specialized engineering principles.
• Complete various technical assignments to familiarize with company methods and practices.
• Gain experience in designing and building process automation systems.
• Assist team members with project assignments and learn project management techniques.
• Attend trainings and apply learned methods in work assignments.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

• Currently enrolled or completed a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Understanding of safe laboratory practices.
• Fundamental understanding of statistical analysis.
• Ability to work on various scientific and engineering assignments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
