Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations for team metrics and reporting
- Building and optimizing data pipelines for data collection, aggregation, and transformation
- Conducting modeling, analysis, and enhancement of existing reporting metrics
- Performing high-voltage and high-current lab testing and engineering analysis
- Preparing monthly reports on productivity and critical business metrics
- Supporting business operations such as accrual tracking and purchasing processes
- Identifying opportunities for workflow optimization and innovation
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
- Continuing education towards their degree during and/or after the internship
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in programming or data tools (e.g., Python, Java, R, SQL, PL/SQL, Power BI)
- Experience with data pipeline development and data visualization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
