Responsibilities
- Apply basic engineering principles and scientific theory for testing and analysis under guidance.
- Design test plans for assignments/projects and review with senior peers.
- Develop knowledge in a specific ATS area of specialty or discipline.
- Partner with senior technical peers to assist with complex projects.
- Prepare monthly progress reports on productivity and other metrics.
- Operate lab equipment under supervision and support lab activities.
- Engage in miscellaneous engineering/test projects to provide innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of engineering research and testing concepts.
- Experience working in a lab environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work in teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
