Mission Success Program Manager

The Mission Success Program Manager at Overland AI is responsible for managing the technical delivery of ground autonomy systems in challenging environments, working closely with end-users and internal teams to ensure operational success.

• Lead the execution of deployments for ground autonomy systems.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative during field operations.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting mission execution.
• Partner with end-users to understand operational needs and constraints.
• Capture user feedback and translate it into actionable inputs for internal teams.
• Establish and maintain program structure including goals and milestones.
• Create and maintain program documentation and capture lessons learned.

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in program or operations management.
• Experience in fielding software or hardware products in technical environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Experience working with ground autonomy systems.
