Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of deployments for ground autonomy systems.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative during field operations.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues impacting mission execution.
- Partner with end users to understand needs and translate feedback into requirements.
- Establish program goals, milestones, and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Create and maintain program documentation and capture lessons learned.
- Support follow-on contract efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
- 4+ years of experience in program or operations management.
- Experience in fielding software or hardware products in technical environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Experience with ground autonomy systems is preferred.
