Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of deployments for ground autonomy systems.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative during field operations.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting mission execution.
- Partner with end users to understand needs and mission objectives.
- Capture user feedback and translate it into actionable requirements.
- Establish and maintain clear program structure including goals and risks.
- Create and maintain program documentation and capture lessons learned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
- 4+ years of experience in program or operations management.
- Experience in fielding software or hardware products in operational environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Experience with ground autonomy systems.
