Responsibilities
- Develop and refine manufacturing integration flows for the Ultra vehicle platform.
- Maintain configuration control across a multi-level BOM as hardware configurations evolve.
- Collaborate with design engineering to provide DFM and DFI feedback.
- Translate engineering intent into build documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in the build process through feedback from engineering technicians.
- Ensure efficient and repeatable builds through logical subassemblies and build sequences.
- Optimize integration and assembly processes for complex systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience integrating complex electromechanical systems from prototype to production.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Expertise in multi-subsystem integration of mechanical, electrical, and data interfaces.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) like First Resonance ION.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Hands-on problem solver in fast-moving environments.
