Responsibilities
- Develop and refine manufacturing integration flows for vehicle platforms.
- Maintain configuration control across multi-level BOM.
- Collaborate with design engineering for DFM and DFI feedback.
- Translate engineering intent into clear build documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in the build process.
- Optimize integration and assembly processes for complex systems.
- Communicate effectively across design, manufacturing, and technician teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in integrating electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Expertise in multi-subsystem integration.
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with BOM structures and configuration management.
