Responsibilities
- Lead thermal-mechanical manufacturing and quality initiatives from concept through launch and high-volume production.
- Own manufacturing process design for AI hardware systems, collaborating with various engineering teams and suppliers.
- Collaborate to design and optimize mechanical and thermal solutions for data center deployment.
- Design and validate manufacturing processes for hardware components, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Conduct DFM/DFx analysis across various phases of product development.
- Research and implement automation techniques to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Define and manage manufacturing requirements and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for IT hardware.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and FEA.
- Understanding of mechanical design, materials, and validation test procedures.
- Experience in data analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills for design and manufacturing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
