Responsibilities
- Lead thermal-mechanical manufacturing and quality initiatives.
- Own manufacturing process design for AI hardware systems.
- Collaborate on mechanical and thermal solutions for data centers.
- Design and validate manufacturing processes for various hardware components.
- Conduct DFM/DFx analysis across development phases.
- Implement automation techniques to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage manufacturing requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for IT hardware.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and FEA.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing methods.
- Experience in analyzing experimental data and implementing corrective actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience and expertise in reliability testing and thermal stress modeling.
