Responsibilities
- Drive manufacturing and quality initiatives for product success from concept to launch.
- Lead product design and manufacturing processes for next-gen AI hardware systems.
- Establish NPI product manufacturing processes, systems, and quality controls.
- Provide hands-on product manufacturing analysis during various phases.
- Research automation techniques and develop new tests for efficiency.
- Manage overall product manufacturing requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to production.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
- Up-to-date on industry trends and manufacturing technologies for PCB & PCBa.
- Experience managing development timelines for new platform introductions.
- Familiarity with PCB material selection, PCBA, BOM component selection, and assembly processes.
- Ability to analyze and present manufacturing test data.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
