Responsibilities
- Lead board and system power design for AI systems in data centers.
- Collaborate with engineers and design partners on power delivery solutions.
- Analyze performance, cost, reliability, and availability trade-offs.
- Innovate onboard power conversion specifications and evaluate design trade-offs.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve power delivery in designs.
- Lead projects involving new technologies or novel applications.
- Provide technical leadership while troubleshooting power delivery issues.
Job Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in hardware systems design for data centers.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Strong experience in power circuit and DC/DC converter design.
- System design experience across mechanical and product design.
- A strong desire to learn and ability to share knowledge.
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing conditions.
- Strong bias toward action and persistence in problem-solving.
