Responsibilities
- Serve as the engineering owner for maintaining robotic workcells.
- Diagnose and fix issues across mechanics, electronics, controls, and software.
- Collaborate with technicians and operators to enhance fleet support processes.
- Develop tools and documentation for monitoring and diagnostics.
- Support prototype systems and transition them to scalable operations.
- Manage and respond to technical support tickets.
- Analyze fleet trends and provide feedback for system design improvements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electromechanical, robotic, or automation systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex real-world failures under pressure.
- Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.
- Strong organizational skills in documentation and communication.
- Hands-on experience with physical systems and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields.
- Familiarity with robot middleware, Linux systems, and CAD tools is preferred.
