Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary engineering owner for robotic workcells.
- Partner with technicians to develop scalable support processes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanics, electronics, and software.
- Create documentation and diagnostic playbooks for technicians.
- Develop hardware and software tools for fleet support and diagnostics.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and support prototype systems.
- Manage and respond to inbound tickets, maintaining documentation.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with electromechanical or robotic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues in operational settings.
- Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined ticket management.
- Experience with robot middleware and motion-control stacks is preferred.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and SOPs.
