Responsibilities
- Own significant portions of the electrical architecture for robotic systems.
- Design and implement compact electronics, including circuit design and PCB layout.
- Build and validate hardware in integrated robotic systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system-level solutions.
- Make engineering trade-offs across various performance metrics.
- Drive significant hardware efforts independently.
- Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into robotic platforms.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in electrical systems for robotics or related fields.
- Proven experience in hardware development from concept to deployment.
- Familiarity with compact, high-density electronics design.
- Understanding of technologies such as BGAs and fine-pitch interconnects.
- Ability to work across electrical, firmware, and mechanical domains.
- Experience with multi-board systems and high-speed interfaces preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
