Responsibilities
- Generation of work instructions, quality control checks, and manufacturing BOMS
- Hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and integration of prototype aircraft
- Creation of 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings using CAD software
- Support the design and fabrication of tooling, fixtures, jigs, and shop aids to manufacture aircraft components
- Support the design and fabrication of shop aids and jigs for aircraft assembly and transportation
- Support the development of MES systems
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Some experience or coursework related to mechanical design or aerospace
- Familiarity with materials and manufacturing methods
- Basic understanding of CAD software (such as NX or SolidWorks)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Experience working in an MES system is a plus
