Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the company’s reliability roadmap in partnership with key collaborators.
  • Define, track, and report key reliability metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Embed reliability practices throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts for incidents and recurring reliability issues.
  • Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to eliminate failure modes.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent in the reliability function.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in quality or reliability-focused roles.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in reliability engineering and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
