Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the company’s reliability roadmap in partnership with key collaborators.
- Define, track, and report key reliability metrics for continuous improvement.
- Embed reliability practices throughout the entire product life cycle.
- Lead root cause analysis efforts for incidents and recurring reliability issues.
- Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to eliminate failure modes.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent in the reliability function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 18+ years of experience in quality or reliability-focused roles.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in building high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in reliability engineering and quality assurance methodologies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
